NetQoS Integrates with Cisco NAM for Application Performance Reporting

To help customers meet their goal of centrally managing application performance across a complex, distributed network, NetQoS® Inc. has partnered with Cisco to develop an integrated workflow between end-to-end application response time data in the NetQoS Performance Center to byte-level statistics in the Cisco Network Analysis Module (NAM). The integration combines the NetQoS SuperAgent ability to baseline and analyzes application performance across an organisation with NAM’s high-resolution troubleshooting capabilities and embedded data collection capabilities.


By leveraging an existing investment in the intelligent instrumentation of Cisco NAM technology, NetQoS and Cisco combines to:

• Use Cisco NAM blades and appliances as end-to-end application response time collection devices for NetQoS Performance Center reports
• Troubleshoot in near real-time with sub-minute granularity reports for an individual IP address
• Gather statistics from multiple sources with high speed data collection
